2.0" Extreme Duty 12" Drop/Rise
This is our 2.0" Extreme Duty 12" drop or rise over stock. Unlike many of our competitors we use solid steel construction to ensure maximum strength and towing capacity. All of our hitches are proudly made in the USA and are rigorously tested exceeding SAE-J684 weight testing requirements. This hitch has 7 different ride heights that are easily set by pulling the two pins and moving the ball up or down. It features our own BulletProof ball rated to 2 5/16" = 30,000LBS & 2" = 12,000LBS. The edges of the steel bar are CNC chamfered for appearance and functionally making it easy to remove the hitch and install it into any receiver. The hitch comes powder coated in textured heavy duty black.

EXTREME DUTY DUAL BALL MOUNT

Each adjustable mount includes a 2-ball platform, which fits in the adjustable channel. The 2 hitch balls are welded together onto the solid steel platform for maximum strength and stability.

SOLID STEEL SHANK

The Heavy Duty and Extreme Duty hitch shanks are solid steel all the way through and has chamfered edges so that they can easily slide into & out of your hitch receiver. The Solid Steel Shank also comes with two pin holes for more adjustment options. The textured powder-coated finish creates a durable surface to help protect your hitch.

SIGNATURE BLACK TEXTURED POWDER COAT

All BulletProof Hitches™ feature a durable corrosion resistant powder coat. This process starts off with an aggressive sand blast to remove all impurities and create a clean surface for the powder coat. After the sand blast process the hitch moves through a 5-stage pretreatment wash to remove any oil or residue. The metal itself is then sealed to eliminate the possibility of corrosion. The final step is an application of our signature black textured powder coat, which is applied with a Fanuc robot to ensure consistent thickness across the hitch.
